The Power of Affirmations...

During this workshop, participants will practice speaking positive affirmations by looking into their own personal mirror and writing what qualities they see in themselves.

What are positive affirmations?

They are the way of verbally empowering someone through positive thinking. This is extremely necessary for children because it helps build self-esteem.

I am Beautiful.

I am Brave.

I am Loved.

I am Smart.

Building self-esteem at a young age is important, especially during this unique time where so many changes are taking place and a world where social media has a major influence on our youth self-esteem and confidence. We are all beautiful and we must embrace our uniqueness.

Youth Ages 6-11

Class Details:

The class will be held via Zoom. The zoom log-in details will be provided upon registration.

All craft materials will be provided in the CGR Craft Kit box sent directly to your home prior to the workshop.

Materials included:

• 1 mirror

• Adhesive stickers

• Craft foam sheets

Materials NOT included:

• Scissors - please provide during workshop
