The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and feel. Regular exercise is important but according to research, nutrition has the largest impact on our fitness. Using food as our medicine has become a popular theme for health improvement.
During this workshop participants will have a 30-minute HITT home workout and a 30-minute nutrition discussion with professional fitness trainer and physical therapist, Sherrell "BIRD" Bean.
BIRD is the creator and owner of Bird Gang Fitness. She has always been passionate about helping individuals tap into their inner strengths and truly believes that the journey towards a healthier lifestyle begins with taking the 1st step.Currently residing in her hometown of Nashville TN, she works full time in the field of Physical Therapy is also an entrepreneur in the areas of Nutrition & Personal Training. “My passion is to not only challenge my clients physically but to also help them grow mentally toward their goals. I strive to help you see the Value in who you are and create an active lifestyle that can last a lifetime”
